What we verify before any reward is granted

Switcher rewards are backend-qualified, not signup freebies. V1 starts privacy-first with manual review while OCR automation collects enough fraud/use data to be worth automating.

provider/category: Stamps.com, postage-meter, or franking-machine spend.
recency: a recent invoice that demonstrates active paid mailing-tool intent.
business name: workspace/account match or a reasonable invite path.
non-duplicate: one approved claim per invoice and workspace.
account creation or invite: approved teams are guided into the Business/Profile bundle.
campaign attribution: every claim carries the switcher motion source.
loyalty ledger: approved claims create a backend-qualified loyalty ledger event for 200 PostBridge points.

Privacy: redact unnecessary details such as card/account numbers before upload. PostBridge needs enough invoice metadata to verify provider/category, recency, business name, and non-duplicate status. Raw invoice files should be retained only as operationally necessary and normally purged within 30 days after review; metadata-only verification is preferred where possible.

Manual review fallback is intentional for launch. We will not grant points until deterministic eligibility checks pass and the reward is written as a backend-qualified loyalty ledger event.
