Switcher review · privacy-first intake

Replace Stamps.com, postage-meter, and franking-machine overhead.

Upload a recent invoice, let PostBridge review your current mailing workflow, and move your team into the Business/Profile bundle. This intake does not promise a campaign benefit.

What we verify before onboarding

The switcher flow starts privacy-first with manual review. PostBridge asks only for evidence needed to understand the current mailing workflow and prevent duplicate submissions.

  • provider/category: Stamps.com, postage-meter, or franking-machine spend.
  • recency: a recent invoice that demonstrates active paid mailing-tool intent.
  • business name: workspace/account match or a reasonable invite path.
  • non-duplicate: one approved claim per invoice and workspace.
  • account creation or invite: approved teams are guided into the Business/Profile bundle.
  • campaign attribution: every claim carries the switcher motion source.
  • data minimization: unnecessary account and payment details should be redacted.
